How can I find all foods that are sugar-free and low-fat?

On our homepage, you will find a blue section, listing all food categories. Click on the category of interest and you will go to the list of foods within that category. Click on a product and you will go to the detailed information page for that product.

How can I place an order for a gift?

To have an order sent as a gift, please enter the recipients name and address in the "Ship To" information. In the "Comments" section, please enter what you would like to have printed on the card. We have cards for every occasion.

The shipping charges seem high.

The rates that are charged to ship an order are generally much lower than the actual shipping costs to send your order.

How can I place an order to be shipped outside of the continental United States?

In the "Comments" section, enter the actual address where the order is being shipped. The actual shipping charges will be added to the order total.

What is the difference between "Sale Aisle" and "Freebie Club" ?

Each month, we offer different products on the "Sale Aisle" that are available at up to 20% off of the regular price. We do not limit the quantity of "Sale Aisle" items purchased. The "Freebie Club" offers a designated FREE item when orders of $40.00 or more (excluding tax and shipping charges) are purchased. I am on a restricted diet and I need to know what ingredients are used. How can I find out what is in a certain product?

By clicking on a specific item, you will go the detailed information page for that item. You will find ingredients, nutritional information and diabetic exchanges (if applicable) for that particular product.

Do you list Carb Counts?

Yes we do. By following the steps listed above, at the bottom of the detailed information page, you will find the Net Carbs.

What is Sorbitol?

Sorbitol is a Sugar Alcohol. It is not a sugar but a reduced calorie sweetener. It is acceptable for use in diabetic diets as it does not raise blood glucose or insulin levels.
